Tan
Dinh has more than twenty years of experience in representing entrepreneurs,
startup and public companies, venture capital firms, traditional business enterprises, and
investors in a variety of sophisticated business transactions and
arrangements. Previously, Tan practiced
law at the Silicon Valley offices of the international law firm Pillsbury
Winthrop Shaw Pittman (fka Pillsbury
Madison & Sutro). He subsequently served as Vice President and General Counsel for an LED manufacturing
company.
Tan
received his B.A. degree, with high
honors and Phi Beta Kappa, from
the University of California at Davis, and was a Ph.D. student at the
University of California at Berkeley. He
obtained his J.D. degree from UCLA Law School, and was Editor of UCLA Law Review.
Tan
is the founder of VSVN, and a member of California Bar. He and Samantha, his wife of many years, reside in the South Bay with their daughter and son.
